How To Measure

Use a soft measuring tape with dog standing in a relaxed position.

No measuring tape? Use a piece of string, ribbon, or shoe lace, then measure the string against a ruler.

  • Suit Measurement Neck

    Neck

    Measure around the base of your dog's neck where the collar normally sits. Keep the tape snug but comfortable, allowing room for two fingers between the tape and neck.

  • Suit Measurement Chest

    Chest

    Measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, usually just behind the front legs. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.

  • Suit Measurement Spine

    Spine Length

    Measure from the base of your dog's neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail. Keep your dog standing in a natural position.

  • Suit Measurement Stomach

    Stomach

    Measure around the smallest part of your dog's stomach, usually just in front of the hind legs. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.
